This Privacy Policy explains what information BndX collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the BndX app.
Account info: email address and authentication identifiers if you sign in with Apple, Google, or email/password. Guest sessions don't require any of this. Profile info: username and any profile settings you choose. Content you submit: card photos, card details (player, team, set, etc.), listings, trade offers, and messages related to trades. Usage info: basic app activity needed to operate the service (e.g. which cards you've added, follow relationships, chase list entries).
We use your information to: operate core features (Binder, Chase, Marketplace, trading, following); authenticate your account; moderate content for safety; communicate with you about your account or trades; and improve the App. We do not use your data for targeted advertising and do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers who help operate the App: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Apple and Google (if you sign in with those providers), and our email provider (for account and password-reset emails). Public parts of your profile (username, public Binder if you enable it, Marketplace listings) are visible to other users or, if you enable a public profile link, to anyone with that link. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) using industry-standard security practices. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can edit your profile and privacy settings (such as whether your Binder is public) at any time in the App. You can permanently delete your account and associated data from Account settings -- this removes your profile, cards, and personal data, though some records tied to other users (such as a completed trade's history) may be retained with your identifying information removed. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data; contact us to exercise these.
BndX is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data promptly, except where retaining limited information is necessary (e.g. to maintain the integrity of another user's trade history, with your identifying details removed).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
